Product Care

  • To equalize impressions, it is recommended to rotate your mattress end to end every 2 weeks for the first 3 months of use. After that, rotate every 2 months. The mattress should not be turned over.

Shipping and Returns

  • Made to Order: Your mattress is made to order and will conveniently ship for free to your door in a compact box.
  • Arrives Fast: Most mattresses arrive within 5-10 business days from purchase date. 
  • Available In-Home Setup: Two people will be required to move the box and set up the mattress, so we recommend choosing the “In-Home Setup” option at checkout. This premium service will provide in-home mattress setup in the room of your choice plus removal of your old mattress, if needed. 
  • Adjustment Period: We recommend sleeping on your mattress for at least 30 days before deciding if you want to start a return. The mattress needs time to relax and your body may need time to adapt to the true feel.    
  • 100-Night Trial: We think you’ll love your new mattress. But if you don’t, our 100-night sleep trial ensures a full refund within the first 100 days after purchase. 
  • 180-Day Returns: If you’d like to return your mattress after 100 days, you may do so up to 180 days after purchase. However, it will be subject to a restocking fee of $150. 
  • No Return Shipping Hassle: For all mattress returns, we will help arrange for pickup from your home at no additional charge. 
  • 25-Year Warranty: Your mattress comes with a 25-year limited warranty so you can sleep soundly knowing you’re covered.
